Ace McBride is a seasoned trial lawyer with extensive experience in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. Before representing victims, Ace spent more than a decade defending pharmaceutical companies, physicians, nurses, and hospitals at some of Maryland’s largest defense firms. Ace’s experience as both a plaintiff’s and defense attorney gives him a unique perspective as to both sides of the litigation – a significant advantage for his clients.

Prior to attending law school, Ace received his Bachelor of Science from Youngstown State University, and was a researcher for The National Institute of Mental Health Psychoactive Drug Screening Program at Case Western Reserve University.

Ace’s scientific and research background, as well as his dynamic and straightforward approach to the law, have allowed him to successfully resolve some of the most catastrophic cases. Ace is committed to providing availability, transparency, and a clear understanding of the legal process from start to finish. As a father of a child with special needs, Ace brings personal insight and empathy to birth injury cases, fighting tirelessly to secure justice and maximum compensation for every client.
Ace practices in various areas of the law, but concentrates in medical malpractice. He has litigated cases in Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, and Tennessee, as well with the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. His excellence has been recognized throughout his career, earning him honors such as Super Lawyers “Rising Star” early on, and later, Super Lawyer designation.
Ace graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2003. While in law school, he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review, and member of the University of Baltimore School of Law Heuisler Honor Society.
